Customer Reviews
Good buyback process, slow payment
I sold back my Psychology textbooks last month. The website's process for generating a shipping label was straightforward, and I appreciated the free shipping. BooksRun received my package in about 4 days, but it took nearly two weeks after that for the payment to hit my PayPal account. The amount I got for my books was fair, aligning with what they quoted, which was a plus. Just wish the payment part was a bit quicker.
Reliable for rentals, as usual
Another semester, another rental from BooksRun. I got my Biology textbook, and it arrived in decent shape, as always. They're consistent with their rental quality and delivery times. I've used them for a few years now because I know what to expect.
Decent rental, minor issue
I rented a Calculus textbook for the semester. The price was competitive, and the book arrived on time, which was great. The condition was listed as 'good,' but there were a few more highlighted sections than I expected. It wasn't a deal-breaker, though, still very usable. The return process seems simple enough based on their instructions, but I haven't done it yet. Overall, a solid option for textbooks, just keep an eye on the book's condition details.
Got my art history book
I bought an Art History textbook here. It came pretty fast, took about 5 days to reach Denver. Book was fine, exactly what I needed. Easy shopping.
Awesome for my nursing books!
I needed a bunch of Nursing textbooks and BooksRun delivered! The prices were so much better than my campus bookstore. Everything came quickly, too. I even sold back some old ones and the process was super easy. Definitely using them again next semester!

How long does it typically take for them to pay after they receive your buyback books? Need to pay rent soon lol.
Anyone know if BooksRun is legit? My friend said it's good for buying back, but I'm always wary of new sites.
What kind of condition do books need to be in for buyback? Mine's got some highlighting but otherwise good.
Does anyone know if they take international edition textbooks for buybacks? Got a couple I'd love to offload.
I'm about to sign up, are there any good first-order discounts floating around? Or student ones?
